- Masters or Bachelor’s degree from a renowned educational institution - Strong academic results - Proven analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Interest in the energy sector and a willingness to learn about market trends and dynamics - No more than three years of work experience - Fluent in Mandarin and English - Priority consideration will be given to candidates who can undertake a 1–2 month internship prior to onboarding
